Welcome to Gold Country K9 Services!!! Here you can schedule time for the pool or sign up for private lessons or other classes. You may use this page to sign up for classes; private training and of course the pool rental.
Cancellation/no refund/no show policy:
You may reschedule a class or lesson as long as you do it at least 48 hours prior to the class. You may contact the office if you want to reschedule, but move to a different class (i.e. move from a tracking class that you signed up for to a nosework class). Unfortunately we can no longer offer Refunds for cancellations (we still get charged by the credit card company, even when you are refunded the whole amount) We had too many people who sign up to save a spot and then were cancelled. We are happy to accommodate your needs by moving you to a different class.
Group Classes: Classes that "Single session" classes may be rescheduled as long as you do it 48 hours in advance. Please realize that most of our "single session" classes have smaller student limits, thus are often filled (classes like dock diving, for months in advance). In order to keep our prices lower, we must have the opportunity to fill a slot that you will no longer need. We are happy to reschedule prior to the 48 hour mark however!! No refunds.
Private lessons: Please note that you may reschedule the lesson once you have purchased it as long as you do it at least 48 hours in advance, so that we may fill the appointment with someone else. If you do not reschedule in advance, no refunds are given.
